Business Development Manager - Consumer Finance

We are hiring Business Development Manager (Consumer Finance) to lead and grow our Consumer Finance vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding finance partnerships, driving customer conversions through financing, and supporting store teams in executing finance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Modern Finance Executives (Bajaj, HDB, and others)
• Drive finance sales and ensure smooth loan processing at stores
• Build strong relationships with NBFC partners and ensure timely updates on schemes and approvals
• Train and support store staff and finance executives on consumer finance procedures
• Monitor and report finance performance metrics regularly
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quick and efficient financing support

Skills and Qualification Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in consumer finance or retail lending
• Experience managing third-party finance teams (NBFCs) preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Salary: 35000 - 45000 per month
