Business Development Manager - Commercial Real Estate

As a Business Development Manager for Commercial Real Estate at Meraqi Advisors Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, your role will be to drive strategic growth initiatives across various real estate asset classes, including office spaces and other commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include: - **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**: - Identify and qualify commercial leasing leads in prime and emerging micro-markets of Bengaluru. - Develop strategies to attract corporate occupiers and convert leads into deals. - Manage a pipeline of leasing opportunities for consistent revenue growth. - **Relationship Management**: - Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at corporate occupiers. - Understand client requirements and deliver tailored leasing solutions that maximize value. - **Market Intelligence & Deal Origination**: - Stay informed about leasing trends, vacancy patterns, and upcoming supply in Bengaluru. - Provide market insights and recommendations to clients to support their real estate strategy. - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities. - **Strategic Growth & Partnerships**: - Identify new business opportunities in Bengaluru's real estate market. - Forge strategic relationships with institutional investors, developers, and other stakeholders. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: - Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions. - Contribute to strategic reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Essential Skills required for this role include networking, market knowledge, communication, market intelligence, deal structuring, financial acumen, consultative selling, relationship management, negotiation, project coordination, and CRM & pipeline management. Qualifications: - MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Engineering.
