Job Description Business Development Manager – Commercial Ads (TV, OTT & Social IP) We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to bring in clients who need commercial ads produced — whether for TV, OTT, or digital platforms. You’ll identify brands, agencies, and startups looking for high-quality video ads and lead the entire pitch-to-conversion journey. If you understand how to position creative production capabilities and close ad film deals — this role is for you. Responsibility Identify and reach out to potential clients — brands, agencies, startups — looking to produce commercial ads. Understand client requirements and propose tailored ad film production solutions (TV, OTT, digital). Create pitch decks, quotations, and proposal documents in collaboration with internal creative and production teams. Lead the entire BD cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. Maintain strong relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and agency partners. Stay updated with industry trends to anticipate brand needs and pitch proactively. Ensure smooth handover to the production team post-deal and assist during key client interactions. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in ad film production, digital content, or creative services. Strong network across marketing teams, agencies, and decision-makers in brand-side teams. Proven ability to close high-ticket content/production deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-building skills. Understanding of ad film production workflows and timelines. A mix of creative understanding and commercial sharpness.
