Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to promote and sell robotic lab setups and ERP software solutions to target clients across various sectors.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities with prospective clients and partners in both robotic technology and ERP systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or products.
  • Present and demonstrate robotic lab solutions, ERP systems, and their benefits to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their business needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize ERP solutions and robotic systems according to client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to post-sales support and follow-up.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, presentations, and technical documentation for clients.
  • Manage the development of proposals, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with the finance and legal departments.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and progress reports to senior management.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the companys products and services.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align business development initiatives with marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitor offerings to inform product development and positioning strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years

     of proven business development or sales experience, specifically in selling technology solutions, including ERP systems or robotic lab setups.
  • Strong understanding of ERP solutions, robotic technologies, and their applications across various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
