Job Description

As a Business Development Manager Projects for our SPC Flooring business, your role will involve identifying and developing new project business opportunities in the Bangalore/Karnataka region. You will engage with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project consultants to promote SPC Flooring products in various commercial, residential, and institutional projects. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate developers, contractors, and project consultants. - Promote SPC Flooring products in large commercial, residential, and institutional projects. - Generate and track new business opportunities in the project sales segment. - Understand project requirements and provide customized solutions. - Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into sales. - Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and technical discussions with clients. - Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, logistics) to ensure timely execution of projects. - Regularly update management with market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market presence in the Hyderabad region. Key Skills & Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/B.Arch/MBA preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or project sales (preferably in flooring, tiles, building materials, or construction industry). - Strong network of architects, interior designers, and builders in the Hyderabad region. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle long sales cycles and large-ticket project deals. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally for business development.
