Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions/products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract finalizations with corporate clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Result-oriented with a proven sales track record.
High degree of self-motivation and target-driven attitude.
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2-8 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales (industry-specific experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
