Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions/products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract finalizations with corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Result-oriented with a proven sales track record.
  • High degree of self-motivation and target-driven attitude.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-8 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
