Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert B2B leads across industries like beverages, food, personal care, and FMCG. Pitch and sell a wide range of labelling solutions: self-adhesive labels, shrink sleeves, and OPP wrap-around labels. Present technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.. Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase, packaging development, and marketing teams at client organizations. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. Achieve revenue and growth targets within assigned product categories. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. 🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile: 1–2 years of B2B sales experience; Experience in packaging products (labels, sleeves, bottles, pouches, cartons, etc.) will be preferable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Energetic, hardworking, and self-motivated with a hunter mindset. Willing to travel across Maharashtra and Gujarat. Educational Qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. 🔹
