Job location: Sector-V, Salt lake, Kolkata- 91 (Day One Onsite-Local highly preferred)

Experience: 6 to 8+ years

Shift: Monday- Friday (Night Shift) 8:00 pm - 5:00 am

Who we are looking for:

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Staffing as a Business Development Manager. Proven work experience as an Acquisition Manager/Marketing Manager/ Business Sales Manager whi is holding direct association with IP/L1 vendors. Will be responsible to develop strategies & acquire new accounts(IP/MSP-L1) and expand our IT client base. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.

Also responsible for managing client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
