Business Support Executive (Telecalling/Voice Process) As a Business Support Executive specializing in telecalling or voice processes, you will focus on engaging with customers over calls to provide assistance, resolve queries, and promote products or services. Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound communication to build strong relationships with clients and support the business in achieving its objectives. Some of the daily duties of a Business Support Executive (Telecalling/Voice Process) include: ▪️ Making outbound calls to potential or existing clients to promote products or services. ▪️ Handling inbound calls to resolve customer queries and provide information. ▪️ Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. ▪️ Maintaining a database of customer interactions and updating records. ▪️ Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions. ▪️ Providing feedback to the team on customer insights and recurring issues. ▪️ Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. ▪️ Collaborating with team members to improve communication strategies and resolve challenges. Requirements: • Excellent verbal communication skills in regional languages • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills • Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude • Ability to handle high volumes of calls efficiently and professional • High attention to detail and organizational skills • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
