Location: Kerala
Company: evermor salon
Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Branches to Monitor: 6 Branches
Weekly Travel: Must visit each branch twice a week
Salary: Based on experience + incentives
Language Requirement: Must speak Hindi fluently

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly active, energetic, and responsible Branch Development Manager who can closely monitor and improve the daily functioning of 6 salon branches.
The ideal candidate must be disciplined, confident, and capable of taking independent decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and track daily operations of all 6 branches
• Ensure timely reporting, staff discipline, grooming & service quality
• Conduct branch visits twice a week to each location
• Monitor sales, targets, bookings, customer service & inventory
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with HR & Management for staff performance and training
• Ensure adherence to company policies across all branches
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management

Skills & Qualities Required:

• Fluent Hindi speaker (mandatory)
• Strong leadership & team-handling capability
• High energy level + willingness for field visits
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Problem-solving mindset
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Experience in salon/retail/hospitality field preferred

• Qualification:
• Graduate / Diploma
• 2–5 years of experience in operations/admin/supervision roles (preferred)
