Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Services

About Us:
We are an IT company focused on delivering innovative digital solutions and services to clients worldwide. To expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can help us generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and other digital platforms.
• Develop and execute effective strategies for inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Write and manage cold emails to prospects and nurture relationships with potential clients.
• Build, maintain, and grow a healthy sales pipeline through continuous engagement with prospective customers.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align client requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Meet and exceed business development targets by converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Proven 1–3 years of experience as a BDM, Business Development Executive (BDE), or in a similar sales role in the IT industry.
• Strong experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with creating pitch decks, proposals, and sales documentation is a plus.
