Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients and grow business from India and overseas markets
Drive revenue targets and manage business development programs
Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and bids to EPCs, consultants, engineering companies, and end-users
Identify and pursue tender opportunities, ensuring timely participation
Develop business in Automotive & Aerospace component design Reverse Engineering
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
Build strong relationships with decision-makers across industries

Candidate Profile

5 -10 years experience in Sales / Business Development of Design Engineering Services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Go-getter attitude with ability to succeed in a competitive, thin-margin industry
Strong industry network; connections in UAE, Middle East, USA will be an added advantage
Immediate joiners preferred
