As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at NexGen Audit, your role is crucial in expanding our Australian and USA Accounting & Bookkeeping services. Your dynamic and results-driven approach will be key in acquiring clients, building relationships, and driving business growth in international markets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads for accounting & bookkeeping services in the USA and Australia. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships with CPA firms, businesses, and entrepreneurs. - Pitch and present NexGen Audits accounting solutions to potential clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. - Stay updated on USA and Australian accounting and taxation regulations to provide informed solutions. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Requirements: - Proven experience in business development for accounting & bookkeeping services (preferably for USA/Australia markets). - Strong understanding of USA and Australian accounting and taxation processes. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and drive sales initiatives. - Experience in working with CPA firms, accounting agencies, or outsourced bookkeeping firms is a plus.,
