Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    B2B sales and partnerships

    by pitching our corporate wellness programs, retreats, and workshops to organizations.
  • Identify and onboard

    strategic partners

    such as wellness brands, event platforms, or corporates for collaborations and joint initiatives.
  • Develop and execute

    account-based strategies

    to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and HR leaders.
  • Represent our brand at wellness forums, corporate events, and strategic meetings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to customize offerings that align with client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • B2B Sales Experience:

    Minimum 2 years in corporate sales, partnerships, or business development.
  • Relationship Builder:

    Skilled in engaging senior decision-makers and fostering trust.
  • Strategic Thinker:

    Able to identify, pursue, and close high-value partnerships.
  • Excellent Communicator:

    Clear, persuasive, and comfortable in client-facing conversations.
  • Wellness-Aligned Lifestyle:
