Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Hospital Partnerships & Dialysis Outsourcing

Identify and initiate discussions with hospitals and clinics for outsourced / managed dialysis centre operations.• Generate leads for new dialysis centre tie-ups and expansion opportunities.• Support commercial discussions, proposal presentations, and onboarding processes.

Nephrologist Engagement & Referral Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with practicing nephrologists across private and government sectors.• Onboard nephrologists for patient referrals to AKC centres (in-centre and home dialysis).• Act as a single-point interface between nephrologists and AKC clinical/operations teams.

Market Development & Promotion

Execute B2B engagement initiatives including CMEs, clinical meetings, and awareness programs.• Support centre-level marketing and brand visibility activities.• Track competitor activity and regional dialysis market trends.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with operations, projects, and clinical teams for smooth execution of partnerships.• Maintain CRM records, lead pipelines, and referral data.• Provide regular MIS reports on leads generated, conversions, and relationship status.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong network among nephrologists, hospital administrators, and healthcare decision-makers.
Proven experience in healthcare B2B business development (dialysis experience preferred).
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana.
Comfortable working with targets, pipelines, and CRM systems.
