Business Development Manager/ Agency /Vapi

As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager in the Agency Channel department, your primary objective is to develop and manage the Individual Agency Channel in the territory encompassing Ahmedabad, Surat, and Rajkot. Your key responsibilities and KPIs include: - Developing and servicing POS Agents in alignment with the agreed mix and policy. - Coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing activities. - Conducting induction training and facilitating ongoing product and sales training for POS agents. - Maintaining a balance between new and existing agents/POS. - Creating and implementing strategies to target diverse market segments effectively. - Monitoring agent performance metrics like database quality, funnel efficiency, and closures. - Ensuring a high level of productivity and engagement with POS agents. - Managing partner account reconciliation and collaborating with different departments. - Working on market dynamics to enhance profitability and provide feedback for organizational improvement. - Managing loss ratios and ensuring compliance with external bodies and internal regulations. - Overseeing cheque bounce recovery and resolving business pendency issues.
