• 10–12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or System Engineering roles within the Aerospace & Defense electronics sector, preferably in companies such as HAL, BEL, etc.
• Solid understanding of RF systems, particularly in radar, communications, EW, and satellite payloads.
• Demonstrated success in engaging with defense primes, government R&D labs, and system integrators in India and abroad. Existing relationships with key personnel within these organizations is a major plus
• Prior exposure to semiconductor components or subsystems (ICs, MMICs, RF modules, etc.) highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and cross-functional environment.
