Currently, we are looking to fill the position of Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Adobe/AUTODESK Sales, with 3 open positions available for individuals with a minimum of 2 years of experience. As part of the Inside Sales Executive team focusing on Adobe & Autodesk products, you will be based in Bangalore and expected to work from the office. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around hard-core sales, revenue generation, and business development within the Bangalore territory. The ideal candidate should hold educational qualifications such as BE (Mechanical/IT), Graduate, or an MBA, with 2-3 years of experience in selling Autodesk or SolidWorks products to Corporates and Institutes. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, your role will entail leading discussions, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and independently closing sales transactions. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with customers, monitoring business commitments, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business development strategies. Moreover, you will need to identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with customers, develop major corporate accounts for Autodesk/Adobe products, and promote LDS range of products and services. Your ability to work under strict deadlines, achieve monthly targets, and introduce new software products to customers will be crucial to your success in this role. Soft skills such as excellent communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are essential for this position. The compensation offered is in line with industry standards and based on your experience level. Additionally, this role may require occasional travel to fulfill job responsibilities.
