As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying opportunities, creating partnerships, and driving revenue — while collaborating with a dynamic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients across industries and verticals.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new consulting services and business lines.
  • Research markets and sectors to identify trends, partnership opportunities, and emerging client needs.
  • Craft compelling proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with consulting, delivery, and marketing teams to co-create impactful client solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue, acquisition, and growth targets.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, networking forums, and business summits to enhance visibility and partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or strategic partnerships — preferably in consulting, professional services, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Base Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
