About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Sales Manager (Female) with a strong background in real estate, hospitality, or aviation sectors. The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in client relationship management, driving sales performance, and handling high-value clientele with professionalism and poise. A customer-centric approach, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond promptly and professionally to sales inquiries through various channels.

· Draft sales proposals, presentations, and maintain essential documentation.

· Conduct client meetings, site visits, and sales pitches to convert leads into clients.

· Maintain follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to ensure a high conversion rate.

· Contribute to developing sales strategies and achieving assigned targets.

· Nurture and manage long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.

· Track competitor activities and propose positioning strategies accordingly.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sale service.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and business opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA/PG in Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

· 5–10 years of sales or liaison experience in real estate, hospitality, or aviation sectors.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.

· Proficiency in Excel and ability to create professional documentation and reports.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

· Pleasing personality with the confidence to engage high-value clients.

· Ready to travel as per business requirements.
