About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who’s excited to grow a brand that’s redefining how people meet, vibe, and belong.

You’ll work directly with the founding team and play a key role in expanding Paxmeet’s reach through strategic partnerships, event collaborations, and community outreach.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow Paxmeet’s online & offline communities.

• Engage with users through comments, chats, and creative prompts.

• Drive social media growth through campaigns, collabs & UGC ideas.

• Reach out to event organizers, creators & partners for collaborations.

• Collect feedback and help shape the brand’s community vibe

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong interest in startups, marketing, or event ecosystems
• Confident, outgoing, and able to build rapport quickly
• Self-driven with a “get it done” attitude
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and event/community space is a plus
