Role Description

Lead Generation & Outreach Intern

LinkedIn, Upwork, and cold emails

• Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential business opportunities
• Write compelling cold messages and proposals tailored to prospects
• Maintain and update CRM/database of prospects
• Assist in client communications and initial onboarding
• Collaborate with the business development team on outreach campaigns

Qualifications

• Familiarity with platforms like

  LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo/Snov.io

  , or similar
• Strong

  written and verbal communication skills

• Basic understanding of B2B lead generation

  and

  email marketing

• Good analytical skills for identifying and prioritizing leads

• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently

• A background in Business, Marketing, or related fields

  is a plus
• Prior experience with

  cold outreach

  or

  freelance platforms

  is a bonus
