Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our team. This role involves client communication, lead generation, and supporting the sales team through effective calling and follow-ups.

Training Period:

• 2 months of training focused on communication, client handling, and sales skills.
• After successful completion of training, candidates will be considered for permanent staff positions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls.
• Explain company services to potential customers.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up on leads.
• Support marketing and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales and marketing environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
