Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:

• Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support the team in building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
• HNI Clients Registration during Events.
  

• Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Build and execute sales funnels for specific events/IPs.
• Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets via strategic outreach.

• Revenue Tracking and Reporting:

• Help track project revenue and assist in ensuring that revenue targets are met.
• Assist in preparing and sharing regular revenue reports and performance metrics with the team.

• Event Support and Coordination:

• Assist in planning and coordinating client events, ensuring logistics, registrations, and event materials are organized and delivered smoothly.
• Support the team on event days, providing hands-on assistance and ensuring all client needs are met on-site.

• Event Sponsorship and Business Development:

• Pitching Project to Potential Sponsors.
• Support in reaching out to potential clients, preparing proposals, and assisting with sales pitches.
• Contribute to the creation of sales materials and presentations to attract new clients and business opportunities.

• Process Improvement Suggestions:

• Observe and suggest improvements to customer engagement processes and revenue strategies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong email communication and professional writing skills.

• Comfort with handling numbers and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

Internship Tenure:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM.
• 1st & 3rd Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
• 2nd & 4th Saturdays: Off
