Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with people, and is passionate about driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and target markets
  • Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and interest
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to lead generation and conversion

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle objections and think on your feet
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales
  • Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.io
