Job Description

What Youll Own:

Sales Strategy:

Design and implement a focused GTM strategy for central government ministries and PSUs.

Government Relationship Management:

Build and nurture senior-level relationships with central ministries, PSUs, and key decision-makers.

Influence buying decisions through consultative solutioning and impactful presentations.

Bid Management & Compliance:

Lead the complete bid lifecycle RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, consortiums, pricing, and proposal submissions.

Ensure full compliance with government norms and procurement regulations.

Pipeline Ownership:

Own sales targets and grow revenues from central government accounts.

Build a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with pre-sales, delivery, finance, and legal teams to co-create tailored solutions.

Engage with OEMs, partners, and SIs to build joint value propositions.

What You Bring:

15–20 years of experience in IT Services Sales – strong focus on Central Government / PSU clients

Proven record of closing large-value government deals

Deep understanding of government procurement, empanelment, tendering, and public-sector deal cycles

Strong communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
