As a Business Development Executive for the Unsecured Group Loans business, you will have the responsibility to lead the sales in your area and build strong relationships with the regional team. Your role will involve attending various Contractor meetings to discuss the financing options offered, setting up and achieving strong targets, and forming groups for Group Loans while managing the entire loan process. You will also need to engage with the Contractor community on a continuous basis to ensure successful outcomes. Your qualifications for this role should include 2-5 years of experience in a lending organization, preferably from Small Finance Banks (SFBs) or Micro-finance NBFC. You should be a service-focused individual who is fluent in Hindi, preferably from the northern belt of India originally. Additionally, you should be comfortable speaking at Contractor Club Meetings, engaging with the field team, and interacting with the Contractor community. A drive to meet targets and earn incentives will be essential for success in this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the sales of the area - Build strong liaising and relationships with the regional team - Attend various Contractor meetings and discuss financing options - Set and achieve strong targets - Form groups for Group Loans and manage the loan process - Engage with the Contractor community on a continuous basis **Qualifications Required:** - 2-5 years experience in a lending organization, preferably from Small Finance Banks (SFBs) or Micro-finance NBFC - Service-focused individual - Fluent in Hindi, preferably from the northern belt of India - Ability to speak at Contractor Club Meetings and engage with the field team - Driven to meet targets and earn incentives Please note that this is a full-time position with the requirement to work in person.
