Sales/Business Development Executive responsibilities would include

  • Generating new business inquiries in the designated territory by creating a network of distributors, segmenting, and targeting customers using cold calling, emails, etc.
  • Contacting and communicating with new sales prospects/leads inquiries via calling, networking, and pursuance over social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
  • Client profiling and research, product requirement gathering, evaluating actual prospect needs and suggesting the right solutions & services supported by custom marketing collaterals as and when required.
  • Sales presentation & coordinating for product demonstration/ training along with the technology team (Virtual or onsite as required).
  • Negotiating deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining daily sales activity details in a Sales CRM software system.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Eligibility Criterion

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in Sales & Business Development.
  • Familiarity with Sales CRM tools such as Zoho & Salesforce as a plus.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills. Good command over written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable with MS Office applications as Excel, PowerPoint (Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations), and Outlook.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Graduate/Post-graduate in Marketing or International Business.
