We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT Sales team (Service Based).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company through lead generation and client acquisition in the IT domain.
POSITION - Business Development Executive (BDE)
EXPERIENCE - 2 to 3 Years
LOCATION- Shop no-302(A), Grand Bazaar, Nuhata, Telangapentha, Cuttack, Odisha
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the IT sector (website development, web/mob application development, digital marketing, etc.).2. Generate leads through various channels.3. Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.5. Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to create customized solutions based on client needs.6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.7. Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the IT industry.8. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.- Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT domain.- Strong understanding of IT services.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in achieving results.
