About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT Sales. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, experienced in handling teams, and thrive in a target-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end IT service sales – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify new business opportunities and pitch IT solutions (software, staffing, infrastructure, etc.).
• Handle and manage a sales team; assign targets and monitor performance.
• Work under strict monthly/quarterly targets and maintain sales pipelines.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to draft proposals and deliver solutions aligned to client requirements.
• Client meetings, product demos, and participation in events – willingness to travel is a must.
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular reports to management.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in IT sales or technical business development.
• Team handling experience is mandatory.
• Strong technical understanding of IT services, skills, and project models.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Multilingual skills will be an added bonus, Hindi speaking is a added advantage.

Preferred Profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B or IT Sales experience.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business development.
• Self-starter with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
