Business Development Executive - Weddings

As a Business Development Manager at Kareyole Events & Concepts, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building partnerships, and converting leads into long-term clients in the wedding and social events segment. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and generating new business opportunities in the wedding & social events segment. - Building and maintaining relationships with clients, venues, vendors, and partners. - Pitching and presenting wedding services to potential clients (decor, catering, photography, entertainment, etc.). - Developing strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the client base. - Staying updated on wedding industry trends and competitor offerings. - Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely closure of deals. To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in weddings/events/hospitality/luxury lifestyle sectors. - A strong network in the wedding industry (venues, planners, vendors, corporates). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for weddings, creativity, and a customer-centric mindset.
