To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in weddings/events/hospitality/luxury lifestyle sectors. - A strong network in the wedding industry (venues, planners, vendors, corporates). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for weddings, creativity, and a customer-centric mindset.
