As part of our growth, we're looking to hire a results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our U.S. client base.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for identifying potential U.S. clients, conducting outbound outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings for the leadership team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in international B2B sales and is confident in handling cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research U.S.-based businesses in technology and IT sectors
• Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
• Book introductory meetings with qualified leads
• Maintain and track leads using a CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service alignment with client needs
• Continuously improve outreach strategies based on feedback and results

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably to the U.S. market
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
• Skilled in lead generation using LinkedIn, email, and sales tools
• Familiarity with technology or engineering service sales is preferred
• Self-motivated and proactive in achieving targets
• Experience with tools like Apollo.io, Sales Navigator, or HubSpot is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹510,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
