The Opportunity The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies that align with overall business goals. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality prospects, nurturing long-term relationships, and providing strategic insights that enhance the sales pipeline. Key responsibilities will include conducting market research, qualifying leads, initiating outreach efforts, and managing ongoing communication to build trust and rapport with prospects. You'll also be expected to track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring that your efforts directly contribute to meeting sales targets and overall revenue growth. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve prospecting strategies based on data and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement in the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for identifying and qualifying potential leads aligned with company objectives. Act as the first point of contact for prospects, building rapport and understanding their pain points. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, and delivery) to refine outreach efforts and ensure alignment with client needs. Analyse lead performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities, presenting actionable insights to leadership for proactive actions. Job Description To meet pipeline targets, drive prospecting efforts through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media. Prepare customized pitches and presentations that cater to prospects business and technical requirements. Manage prospective clients by nurturing relationships and converting them into long- term customers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company offerings to effectively position solutions to prospects.
We're Searching for Someone With
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar role. Highly data-driven and oriented towards achieving lead generation targets. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects across industries. Experience using sales tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, and CRM software like Fresh sales. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools. Open to flexible work timings to align with target geographies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
