Microtalk India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and results-oriented professionals to join our Business Development team. This role offers the opportunity to work in the international telecom sector, engaging with clients in the UK market, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, develop, and maintain strong client relationships within the UK B2B telecom domain
• Promote and present tailored telecom solutions that align with client needs
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured outreach, including cold calling and lead generation
• Lead negotiations, structure contracts, and secure profitable business deals
• Consistently achieve sales targets while upholding professional service standards

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in UK Telecom Sales (B2B background strongly preferred)
• Exceptional proficiency in English communication (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Educational qualification of 12th Pass or higher
• Willingness to operate in UK business hours (1 PM – 10 PM, Monday–Friday) with fixed weekends off
