Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who can hold great conversations — someone who knows how to ask the right questions, listen closely, and influence decisions with clarity and empathy.

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers. Your job is to understand, guide, and build trust so leads take the next step with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak to inbound leads (buyers & sellers) across WhatsApp, phone, and email
• Understand their needs, motivations, and stage in the decision journey
• Build trust and explain how Truva works — simply and persuasively
• Handle objections and nudge leads towards the next step (site visits, consultations, listing, etc.)
• Maintain CRM hygiene — ensure every lead is tracked, updated, and followed up consistently
• Collaborate with closers, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth transitions
• Share lead insights and objections back to the team to refine messaging

What We’re Looking For

• Strong spoken and written communication (English + Hindi a must)
• The ability to influence in phone calls
• Quick learner with natural curiosity and empathy
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus (sales, presales, client servicing)
