Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our logistics team. The role involves onboarding new clients for trucking loads, maintaining strong relationships with truck owners and transporters, and driving overall business growth through field sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard new clients requiring trucking and logistics services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with truck owners and transport partners.
Ensure timely coordination between clients and truck owners for load assignments.
Educate and assist partners in using the companys mobile app and digital tools.
Meet sales and client onboarding targets for the assigned region.
Handle documentation, payment follow-ups, and operational coordination.
Travel extensively within the region (up to 70%) to build strong market presence.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (local language preferred).
Target-driven, energetic, and strong in relationship building.
Must own a two-wheeler and be open to extensive field visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
Prior experience in logistics, trucking, or transportation sales will be an advantage.
