Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Executive will support business development activities, manage customer interactions, and assist in promoting electrical interconnection products such as wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, connectors, and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
• Support end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-ups.
• Understand product specifications (wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, connectors) and communicate features to customers.
• Coordinate with the costing teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documents.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and documentation.
• Assist in marketing activities like product presentations, digital marketing content, and promotional campaigns.
• Support during customer visits, audits, and exhibitions.
• Build strong professional relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing concepts.
• Ability to learn technical details related to wiring harness and interconnection systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to work in teams.
• Willing to travel to client locations.

Educational Qualification

• MBA, Sales & Marketing.
• BE, (EEE, E&C, Mechanical)
