Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote the institute’s courses and programs.
  • Achieve student admission/enrollment targets through various sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, training partners, and corporates for collaborations.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Counsel and guide prospective students/parents regarding course details, career scope, and admission process.
  • Conduct market research to understand education industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM/ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth execution of student admissions.
  • Prepare periodic reports on business development activities and achievements.
  • Represent the institute at educational fairs, career guidance events, and exhibitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
