Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, explaining our products/services, and closing sales deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company offerings.
• Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to pitch relevant products/services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate to close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
• Provide feedback to the team to help improve sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle rejection professionally.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
