Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities through inside sales, cold calling, and networking. • Generate and qualify leads, convert them into long-term clients. • Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and negotiations independently. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Coordinate and plan field visits, site visits, and travel for client meetings as needed. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. • Prepare proposals, quotations, and maintain sales reports and MIS. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets consistently.   Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Hindi/Regional language is an added advantage). Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, and field sales. Good negotiation and closing skills. Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market expansion. Good knowledge of market trends and competitor activities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools .
