We are hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to support our IT sales team by generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in closing business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of the IT domain.
1. Identify and generate new business leads through research, calls, emails, and online platforms.
2. Conduct introductory calls with clients to understand their requirements.
3. Present IT services and solutions in a professional and clear manner.
4. Maintain strong follow-up communication to build long-term business relationships.
5. Coordinate with technical and internal teams to communicate client needs.
6. Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotations, and presentations.
7. Maintain CRM records and daily sales reporting.
8. Support the sales team in negotiations and deal closures.
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities
3. Confidence in cold calling and pitching IT services
4. Understanding of software/IT services is an advantage
5. Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
6. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
7. 1 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales / BDE / Lead Generation (IT Industry preferred)
