Business Development Executive

Synetal Solutions Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a Business Development Executive (Bidder) with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team in Indore (On-site). As our Business Development Executive (Bidder), you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and bids, and developing relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads
• Develop proposals and bids in response to client requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and business development activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role, specifically in preparing bids and proposals
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills
