Job Description

As a Business Development Executive (Sales) in the Study Abroad industry based in Calicut, your role is crucial in driving revenue growth by converting student leads into paid admissions. You will play a key role in meeting sales targets, conducting counseling sessions, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring timely service delivery. This performance-based role is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Convert incoming leads into admissions through proactive follow-up and counseling of students. - Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets for student enrollments. - Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person/telephonic/online) to explain program options, processes, and pricing. - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via educational institutions, social media, and referral networks. - Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospects. - Collaborate with internal teams (documentation, digital marketing, visa) to ensure timely processing and service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of student interactions and statuses in the CRM system. - Participate in promotional activities like education fairs, seminars, and workshops. - Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated sales experience in the study abroad/overseas education industry. - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets. - Comfortable with outbound calling and conducting in-person student meetings. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred. - Willingness to travel for business development activities when necessary.
