Job Description

Business Development Executive

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic communication and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with international clients (verbal & written).
  • Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hardworking.
  • Comfortable working in the

    night shift (US timings)
