Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong technical and sales background and a minimum of 5 years experience in B2B cybersecurity/IT solution sales. He/She will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, engaging proactively with C-level decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs, CXOs), and closing deals for our cybersecurity services and solutions. Role & responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for cybersecurity consulting and solutions. o Identify and engage with C-level executives to understand their security needs. Conduct strategic prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach. Pitch and present tailored cybersecurity solutions, aligning with client requirements. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing Client Engagement & Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted solutions provider to clients, helping them navigate cybersecurity risks. Stay informed about cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulatory requirements. Should be able to map the technical requirements and provide solution recommendations based on the security challenges and the offerings of SE. Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery feasibility. Revenue Growth & Expansion: Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets. Expand our global footprint, identifying new business opportunities and markets. Contribute to building new cybersecurity service offerings based on market research on emerging trends. Maintain long-term customer relationships and account management for repeat business. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B IT sales, preferably in cybersecurity/IT solution sales. Technical Background: Strong understanding of IT products and services; ability to communicate with technical stakeholders. Cybersecurity knowledge is preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
