Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • * Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • * Visiting Schools and Colleges for Tie ups.

  • * Studying Competitors products and service.

  • * Have Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts.

  • * Daily team task calling on database, generating new lead, generating walk-ins, sales of branch admission and online portal, field visit, counseling, admission conversion, seminar calling, follow up calls for admission.

  • * Able to handle queries, rigorous as far as closing is considered.

  • * Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

  • * Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

  • * Handling team of executive market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 2-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • * Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals.
  • * Strong understanding of the IT services & consulting industry.
  • * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
