Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify target markets, industries, and companies to focus on for sales efforts.
  • Create and maintain a strong pipeline of leads by consistently generating new contacts within the industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop strategies for reaching out to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage relationships, and analyze sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation role.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
