Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Identify target markets and develop strategies to penetrate them.
  • Create sales proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to drive lead generation efforts.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
