At Conexao Technology Solutions we are a team of Automation & Software Experts headquartered in Goa. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Job details are given below:

Job Location : Panjim Goa

Qualification :

MBA (Marketing/ Sales/Business Development preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE) or equivalent technical discipline

Experience :

1-3 years, Freshers having relevant skills can also apply.

Skills/Requirements :

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

· Self-motivated, result-driven approach with a passion for sales and marketing.

· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

· Should be currently residing in Goa or Goan professionals willing to relocate back to Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

· Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and conferences.

· Build brand visibility and network with potential clients.

· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

· Coordinate sales projects and work toward achieving assigned targets.

· Prepare and submit proposals, quotations and presentations to prospective clients.

· Collaborate with internal teams for execution of projects and client requirements.

· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and pipeline.

· Frequent travel within India and occasional international travel.
